David Phipp House Furnisher is situated 6 miles north of Bournemouth in Ferndown, Dorset where they have been trading for over 50 years. One of the South’s leading Independent Furniture Retailers, the showrooms are still proudly owned by David & Anne Phipp and their two daughters, Susie & Sarah.

David originally started by opening a small second hand furniture shop in Parley Cross in 1972. In 1980, he expanded by purchasing premises in Glenmoor Road in Ferndown and in 1984, and then a further shop at Longham. In 1992, David purchased the Welcome Lodge Hotel on Ringwood Road Ferndown, this was transformed into the showrooms you see today. 

Over the 50 years, the business has grown into one of the most prestigious furniture showrooms on the South Coast offering traditional and contemporary furniture including beds and bedroom collections. 

Leading manufacturers on display include, G.Plan, Parker Knoll, Ercol,  Stressless, ROM, Collins & Hayes, Vi-Spring, Tempur, Sleepeezee, and many more.
