David Phipp Company History
David Phipp House Furnisher is situated 6 miles north of Bournemouth in Ferndown, Dorset where it has traded for over 35 years as an independent furniture retailer.
It is still proudly owned as a family business by David and Anne Phipp who started with a modest shop in Parley Cross in 1972.
They now run their very successful showrooms with their two daughters Susie and Sarah, and over 50 members of staff.
Over the 35 years the shop has grown considerably and offers one of the largest displays of adjustable beds in the country, a contemporary department with a comprehensive range of European furniture and a traditional department offering classic English and European ranges. They have an in-store curtain and wallpaper department and an excellent balcony cafe offering freshly made light lunches and speciality coffees - well worth a visit!
They maintain their very high standards of customer service along with traditional values and an enviable reputation for exceptional quality and choice.
