The Aldeburgh is a popular oval dining table that seats 4 easily when closed and 6 when extended. The simply turned pedestal leg sits on a traditional x-frame base.
There is a choice of colour finishes: Light Oak, Tudor Brown, Vintage and Chestnut. Each of these colours are available in both traditional and heritage finishes. Heritage gives an additional dimension to the furniture with light distressing that reflects the passage of time and promotes the most authentic reproduction of the period.
After the dining groups, occasional furniture plays a significant part in the Old Charm furniture collection and some of the oldest and most sought after pieces belong in this section. For example the Canted Table (OC 1434), Pedestal Cabinet (OC 1582) and Occasional Gateleg Table (OC 1493) which demonstrate Tudor motifs such as the stylized Gothic arch on the Canted Table, carved linen fold panels on the Pedestal Cabinet and traditional gate legs on the Occasional Table. More recent additions include the ornate Games Table (OC 2446) that features low relief fluting, cactus flower panels and a carved bulbous pedestal leg.
